The financial sector is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by the rise of fintech and digital technologies. However, Black professionals remain underrepresented in fintech roles and leadership positions. The FinTech Hub was created to address these challenges by offering targeted support for transitioning into fintech and developing leadership skills.
